Very professional, and so informative and very caring about my needs

Mr Pringle made me fell very at ease from my first appointment back in December 23. He explained in detail to me the intended procedure if I wished to proceed with it, there was no pressure at all. The appointment came through for the 22nd January 24 together with a Pre-admission telephone call on the 8th January which was pleasant and to the point, made easier by phone rather than traveling up to London fora20 minute appointment. On the day of the operation I arrived at the London Clinic Hospital and was asked to complete a quick questionnaire, no issues with this. I was then taken to my room where the normal blood pressure and full explanation on the procedure was voiced to me by the staff nurse. Mr Pringle then came in and marked up my eye that was to be operated on, Introduced me to the anaesthetist and then was taken down an hour later for surgery. All medication was given to me before I left and also a follow up appointment for the 25th January. Overall very happy with the procedure and all events leading up, well done Mr pringle you have a fantastic team.

I was referred to Mr Pringle for a second opinion. Armed with an existing diagnosis I was interested to see what value Mr Pringle could/would add. The consultation was tremendous. Mr Pringle took his time to go through and understand my case, and then proceeded with his own thorough examination. He listened to my concerns and was very measured and clear with his advice. It is so important that you leave a consultation believing that you’ve received the best care and advice, which on this occasion I did. Highly recommend. The practice is efficiently run and makes the appointment, including tests, run smoothly.
