Mr Ghosh provided me with care and compassion and I found him personable and approachable. He was not a typical surgeon who just completed the surgery and left it at that. He saw me out of hours to reassure me that all was well, when I met for routine appointments, he took time to explain things. He also used humour (appropriately) which lightened things for me at a time when I was afraid of what might be happening. I first met Mr Ghosh two years ago when I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. He was incredibly kind, professional and reassuring from the very start and explained everything very clearly. Mr Ghosh performed the operation to remove the cancer. The cancer had spread and half of my right breast had to be removed. He did an absolute incredible job and despite the amount of breast that had been removed, it did not look very different to pre surgery! I recovered very quickly from this surgery. I have since seen Mr Ghosh on a regular basis for check up appointments and last year he performed an uplift, in order to gain symmetry. Once again, he did a fabulous job and I had a very quick recovery. I can not thank Mr Ghosh enough for all that he has done. He has not only saved my life but his skills and expertise has meant that I have avoided having to have a mastectomy, something that I am extremely grateful for. I know very well that had a different person performed the surgery, I would have had a very different experience and outcome and my physical and emotional recovery would have taken a lot longer to heal. I would recommend Mr Ghosh to anybody and everybody!!!
