We received excellent care at the New Victoria Hospital. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful - in particular the nurse who supported us through the day and monitored my son once he left the recovery area. We felt extremely well cared for throughout our stay and have had excellent follow-up care too.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am for everything Mr Glassman has done …. This has been a really emotional and quite scary time for me but he put me at ease from the start and I knew I was in perfectly safe hands.  He’s polite, calming and has a lot of time for you as a patient … he explains things really well and made this a very positive experience in the end. Eternally thankful.

Hernia

Intrusive, bossy, short in his manner. Insisted on another in-person follow up. Felt entitled to criticize (my moderate) alcohol intake and put notes on this in my medical letter: I was there to check a hernia tear, not get a moralistic lecture. I urge Mr Wan to reconsider his position as a service provider and also work on his communication skills and bedside manner.
