Mr Elson was very professional and caring. He made sure I understood what was going to happen during the procedure and made me feel reassured prior to surgery. Post surgery he demonstrated an excellent bedside manner and made me feel reassured despite my high level of pain. I felt cared for and well looked after by Mr Elson throughout.

I was very apprehensive coming to terms that I needed a partial knee replacement but David put my mind at rest and we agreed it was the best possible way forward. 12 months on and I'm back to golfing , cycling and walking with no pain. I have full range of motion and back to my normal life thanks to Mr Elson. He came recommended from family and friends and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him highly.

Having had many operations on my knee before seeing Mr Elson I explained to him i was worried about having to have a full replacement . After an examination X rays and mri he came up with a plan to save me from having a full replacement . He also found some other problems that could affect me in the future and explained in detail what these where and how they could be treated although they would be complex . Having had the procedure i am now pain free and have confidence in my knee again. My experience with Mr Elson from start to finish was excellent .

I felt David elson asked relevant questions, actually listened to my replies and my questions were answered fully. He was very personable, quality of operation was excellent, scarring has almost disappeared from first operation. Good pain management .

My whole experience start to finish was really great. At no point did I feel worried. Mr Elson took seriously a problem with my knees that others had just brushed off in the past. It seemed that he actually cared and wanted to help me, taking steps to actually figure out what was happening with my knees. He explained everything really clearly and I was kept in the loop all the way. Also my scars from the surgery are very neat which is a bonus!

I saw Mr Elson to discuss problems with my knee. He was extremely thorough, both in his history taking and examination. He listened carefully to all of my concerns and explained his findings from clinical examination, radiography and the MRI scan to me in great detail. At all stages he has given me options of treatment available and discussed them at length with me to enable any decision making to be made with as much information available as possible.
