Mr.Lui is reassuringly clear in his explanations, recommendations and overall ability to make it easy for me to understand what shape I’m in and how to manage it.

Mr Darren Lui was extremely professional and thorough. He made me feel comfortable during the appointments, was thorough in his examinations and relayed all medical feedback in a way that easy to digest. He made me feel like he was invested in my particular issue and his competency and attention to detail really showed his expertise as a consultant spinal surgeon (some medical experts leave you feeling like they have brushed over the issue and don't have an interest in solving your problem). Would highly recommend.

Mr Lui has a lovely bedside manner, is very approachable and highly knowledgeable. He gives thorough and easily understandable explanations of the problems and treatments and I always leave feeling like my mind has been put at rest.

I have been happy with Mr Lui but the treatment did not resolve my problem and the follow up call seemed to lack a clear "what next". Probably the what next is not clear, so probably not Mr Lui's fault, but i am left unsure.

Very pleasant and recognised i needed speedy treatment so adapted the approach and was able to squeeze me in. Thank you.

Dr Lui always dealt with us in a very professional and empathetic manner. He encouraged my daughter to ask questions, and he generally answered them in a way she could understand. He made my daughter 'feel like a human being and not just a patient' and she appreciated how he said that she was not disabled and that surgery was her choice. He's a friendly and courteous man, as well as a highly skilled surgeon. We are thrilled with the results and glad we went through this process, although it was very difficult and stressful at times.
