For me Chris Bailey really ticks all the boxes - even though I was not able to meet him due to the Corona Pandemic We liaised re X Ray images which I had carried out by my local hospital and Chris immediately advised me - twice actually as the images were below standard first time round. His explanations were exemplary. Consultants need excellent secretarys and Chris has the best there is. She is clearly familiar with the subject and was highly efficient, courteous and kind every time I spoke to her. Nothing was too much trouble.

Mr Bailey is the consummate professional. He is patient with his patients, was always able to inform me of the cause of things that were unexpected in my recovery and put my mind to rest, and was able to be frank and helpful as well as kind. It is a rare combination.
