Mr Asif Haq was very efficient, kind and gave good explanations for the tests carried out, the reasons why and the findings in all of my visits. In the initial consultation he quickly checked and advised to band the piles that I currently have at the same time as carrying out a colonoscopy and CT scan to be safe to check there was no other cause for the bleeding. He worked very well with the practice manager to efficiently arrange the procedure. The colonoscopy went well, there was a time I started to experience pain but he advised to breath deeply and this immediately brought relief. After the procedure he even advised bringing the CT scan forward to reduce the time I would need to spend waiting. In the follow up he gave good explanation of what was found in the test. In addition to this, he also gave me advice on managing the mild IBS like symptoms I have. His efficiency, diagnosis skills and knowledge, care and his collaboration with other colleagues are really brilliant and gave me a lot of confidence in the process. He also provided the data and explanations for the data. He is a really talented consultant and I would definitely see him again or advise others to see him if they have similar issues.

Mr Haq was incredibility polite and well mannered from my initial consultation right through to the post-op appointment. He showed great confidence and made me feel very at ease with the operation. I was very impressed with Mr Haq in general and apart from being a great surgeon was also very likeable too. If I was unfortunate enough to have another hernia operation he would be my first port of call.

Mr Asif Haq was helpfulm caring and efficient throughout, from the consultation to the colonoscopy and banding. He explained the process and during the process also quickly provided advice when I started to feel pain which resolved it immediately. He provided detailed results and explanation. In addition he even helped bring forward the imaging appointment I had arranged, making the whole process and stay very efficient.

I was instantly put at ease by Mr Haq and his up beat ,warm and friendly nature . He made me feel very relaxed from the get go .
