Mr Watson gave an expert assessment of my problem at the initial consultation. He explained my treatment options clearly, enabling me to make an informed decision. The treatment a couple of weeks later was performed with care, a running commentary ensured I understood the nuts and bolts of the procedure, and Mr Watson’s jovial manner made it an (almost) enjoyable experience. The dreaded compression stockings are a bit of a nightmare but it will all be over tomorrow! I look forward to the follow up appointment.

A total expert consultant in vascular surgery he took great care to ensure I understood the risks in the Abdominal Aorta Aneurysm surgery that I chose to undertake after his recommendation. The whole program from health and physical tests before the final decision was taken was very professional as was his attention to my aftercare in hospital for the ten days following the procedure. Couldn't have been a better experience and a great relief not to have to worry about the aneurysm anymore.
