I’ve had no complaints since my surgery and Mr Ahmed Ahmed seems to be a very skilled surgeon. The process was seamless and efficient. The areas I’ve felt could improve is more with the aftercare consultancy. It feels very much a tick box exercise and not viewed as an important use of Mr Ahmed’s time. Questions I raised were glossed over with surface answers rather than explained in depth. Perhaps because they weren’t a concern to him but as a customer, it would be a good service to respond to concerns raised in full.
