I honestly can't say enough good things about Dr Al-Khateeb. I came to him with mysterious hearing loss after seeing numerous ENTs. Not only did he figure out what was wrong with me, but he also walked me through all my test results and anatomical drawings to explain exactly what was going on and why. He continued to provide pastoral care over email. I believe his genuine concern about my situation was the turning point for my ear trouble and, after seen so many ENTs who couldn't help and didn't seemed concerned, he has renewed my faith in the healthcare profession.
