Miss Nivedita Gauthaman is a Obstetrician and Gynaecologist practicing at BMI The Hampshire Clinic. She qualified in Medicine in 1998 from Pondicherry University in South India, where she completed both basic and specialist training. She then moved to the UK where she completed further training allowing her to gain a comprehensive background in both general obstetrics and gynaecology. Miss Gauthaman specialises in urogynaecology and pelvic floor dysfunction, and delivers on a range of urogynaecology services. This includes treatments for incontinence and pelvic floor relapse, and she provides diagnoses using cystometry, videourodynamics and ambulatory urodynamics.

Furthermore, she is involved in performing clinical research having presented in both national and international conferences. She also ensures to keep up with mandatory training and changes in clinical practice and patient safety.
