On both of my visits I found Dr Luciano to be most professional. Dr Luciano explained everything clearly both before and regularly during the procedures. I was also very pleased with the outcomes and would most definitely book to see her on any future procedures needed.

I found the whole experience with Dr Luciano stress-free and pleasant. She put me completely at ease and undertook the procedure skilfully and quickly.

I had two cysts removed from my face and chose Dr Luciano because of her qualifications and the fact that she said in her description of her work that she was particularly careful to leave as little scarring as possible, especially on the face. The surgery (in Mayfair) and her room were spotlessly clean. She was very professional, explained what she was about to do and warned me there might be scarring afterwards. She worked very hard to remove the cysts and I can't fault her approach, her professionalism or her kindness. 5 stars aren't enough and I'd recommed her to anyone. I can't even see where the cysts were, as there is no scar. Thank you Dr Luciano.

I could’ve thank Dr Luciano more for her superb job. I had a mole removed from my cheek and a cyst behind my leg. I was worried that the scar could be noticeable on my face but the scar has healed so well that is actually almost invisible. The surgeon is very professional and quick. She described extensively what she was going to do. I left the place very satisfied.
