Excellent, brilliant work throughout!

I had a very positive experience when attending for my minor procedure. The doctor put me at ease, explained what was going to happen before carrying out the procedure. I am extremely pleased with the result.

She did a great job, explained everything before the surgery, the procedure was quick and painless, and the result is really nice.

Dr Luciano was welcoming and warm from the onset and throughout my procedure. She gave me many opportunities to ask questions, and as I have medical and surgical interest was very detailed with information without being condescending, which is a fantastic attribute to be able to adjust your communication style depending on your patient (as some may love the detail, some may not!). The procedure was quick yet thorough with more than satisfactory results. Returned to have stitches removed a few days later with the same kind and professional manner.
