Dr. Marios Hadjipavlou is a fabulous doctor. He is thorough and kind. He caught an issue that our American doctor had missed and possibly saved my husband's life. We are forever indebted to him.

Mr Hadjipavlou took the time to explain the procedure and the pros and cons of the surgery. I believe he did a good surgery, and afterwards he was keen to see how I was doing, and to pass on his reassurances about the outcome. Overall I think he did an excellent job.

I recently had HoLEP surgery under Mr Hadjipavlou. I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism, empathy and support in general. His explanations were clear and concise, and he was always ready to answer questions and I had quite a few. If I needed guidance on any options, he was able to provide the information so that an informed decision could be made. The outcome of the surgery has been excellent so far, and I am very confident about my overall recovery.

Dear Mr Hadjipavlou, Thank you so much for turning my life around, its a gentle time but I do feel the difference already. I keep sitting still and thinking about my operation and what must have happened while I was knocked out, incredible. Each day I have been taking things easy and gradually getting back into normal life, next week I play my first show in over two months, I’m excited about this, although I will take it easy and play with care. As planned I will see you in a few weeks time for an update, but thank you so much and thank Mark for putting us in touch. From a comfy chair with very best wishes, Chris D.

Mr Hadjipavlou was incredibly reassuring and thorough during what was a difficult to understand condition. He presented the options and sequence of events very clearly and was always accessible and approachable for discussion. He explained the procedures that needed to be completed very thoroughly and followed up on every occasion. I never got the impression he was just focussed on booking appointments just to relay basic information - he would always arrange a brief call and was mindful on costs (which became more of an issue after the longer duration of investigation required). I would highly recommend Mr Hadjipavlou.

Mr Hadjipavlou was fantastic! I felt like I was in safe hands with him. I could tell that he cared about doing the best thing for me as a patient. He answered all my questions and we were able to explore any options available together. I don't remember very much about the surgery as I was anaesthetised but I remember not feeling anxious at all. The setting was very clean and all the staff wore masks. The team were all around me making sure that I was comfortable. I literally blinked and then I woke up and it was done. He came to see me after the surgery to assure me everything went as planned and to check whether I had any pain. I then had a very nice snooze. I nearly had the surgery done a number of years ago but changed my mind because I had concerns. Mr Hadjipavlou made it very easy for me to have this surgery because he provided all the facts. I honestly cannot recommend him enough. Thank YOU and your team for looking after me.

Marios and I have worked together as Consultants. I admire his attention to details in prostate cancer imaging and corresponding diagnostic biopsies. His skill in performing en bloc HoLEP surgery is matched with the best surgeons internationally. This allows his patients with significantly enlarged prostates to benefit from successful and efficient treatment. He is already a leader in BPH surgery in Europe. Marios's commitment to emerging technologies in prostate cancer treatment, inspires his colleagues and will benefit future patients.
