Mr Jay had a fantastic bedside manner and immediately put me at ease. He then proceeded to examine me thoroughly and professionally (unlike the doctor I saw previously about the matter). Further he had to perform a rather uncomfortable procedure which he walked me through very patiently and took the unpleasantness out of the process. He then provided me with a very accurate summation of my problems, and a diagnosis that I am confident was accurate. My problem has since resolved and I was generally extremely reassured by him and left feeling satisfied.

Listened to my concerns. Thorough examination using specialist equipment. Recommended medication that addressed issues. Fully understood other symptoms. Read through letters from other specialists. Respectful and very accommodating. Excellent service.
