Very clear explanation throughout treatments. Positive but honest and realistic survey of possible outcomes at time of initial consultation. Use of understandable language. Extremely thorough process and review of symptoms and following tests and scans. Excellent manner with patient and installed a feeling in patient that I could not have been in better hands.
