I had to wait for almost 30 min for my appointment. 

Welcoming reception staff, no waiting time at all, friendly dentist and ancillary staff, clear explanation of advice. Very happy with the service

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. 

The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.
