We visited Dr Kagalwala, privately, for our son. Our experience with her was simply amazing. We were an emergency and she was willing to accommodate us on the same day to her busy schedule. She thoroughly examined our son and she explained everything thoroughly. One day later I emailed her with some concerns and she immediately called me back to reassure me. She also emailed us 3 days later to get updates on the status of our son. This is the first time we experience such interest by a doctor (private and NHS). We strongly recommend her as a pediatrician.

We really like Dr Kagalwala's manner with our son, and her clear and confident explanations of when we should (and shouldn't) be worried about something. Highly recommended.

Dr.Fatima was very helpful in getting our kid to the right specialist. She promptly understood the urgency of the case and diligently followed up with GP to ensure it was attended with highest priority. She even spent time over the weekend to ensure quick action and ensured GP referral in the quickest possible time.I would really recommend Dr. Fatima!

Dr Kagalwala was incredibly knowledgeable, excellent bedside manner, and truly incredible paediatrician. My daughter came in with symptoms of feeling faint and dizzy, and Dr Kagalwala read through every reading on the blood test, ensuring to be very thorough. She spotted the low ferritin levels straight away whereas other doctors had missed that. She then spent an entire hour going through diet changes and routine to help. We are exceptionally happy with the treatment we received!
