We visited Dr Kagalwala, privately, for our son. Our experience with her was simply amazing. We were an emergency and she was willing to accommodate us on the same day to her busy schedule. She thoroughly examined our son and she explained everything thoroughly. One day later I emailed her with some concerns and she immediately called me back to reassure me. She also emailed us 3 days later to get updates on the status of our son. This is the first time we experience such interest by a doctor (private and NHS). We strongly recommend her as a pediatrician.

Dr.Fatima was very helpful in getting our kid to the right specialist. She promptly understood the urgency of the case and diligently followed up with GP to ensure it was attended with highest priority.
