As soon as I met Dr Cross I felt at ease. All the information about my condition was explained to me thoroughly but in simple and easy to understand terms. All my questions and concerns were answered and I was very happy with everything and most impressed.

I met Dr Tim Cross at the BMI Alexandra Hospital, Cheadle in early March regarding haemochromatosis. He discussed the results of the Fibroscan in a very helpful and precise way and explained the strategy of the follow=up of regular venesection to reduce the ferritin level. After the consultation I felt reassured.
