Took the time to understand my query and the reason that I had the appointment, gave me information and assistance, excellent manner and seemed genuinely keen to help me.

Dr. Cross was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He has an excellent 'bedside' manner. The scan took only a few moments and was completely free of any discomfort. Dr. Cross provided me with a clear and comprehensive explanation of the scan results and was able to answer all my questions regarding the implications. I wouldn't hesitate to consult Dr. Cross again in the future or to recommend him to others.

I saw Dr Cross in a bit of a panic after some unexpected results. The appointment was made very quickly - within days - which was a huge relief. Dr Cross took time to explain my results (even drawing pictures!) to ensure I was as informed as I could be. He answered my many questions and organised more tests super quickly. I was recently referred to Dr Tim Cross by my liver surgeon who had been conducting tests for deranged LFT. He has a very informal yet professional approach, explaining clearly in lay-mans language how the liver works. In addition he then explained what the resulting blood tests meant in relation to how efficiently my liver was working. Once a diagnosis was reached he included me in deciding how best to manage and monitor my ongoing care. He also took the time to acknowledge and recognise the effort I'd put into my own care re diet and exercise. In summary he is an extremely knowledgeable and talented doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. I'm completely confident in his diagnosis and couldn't have anyone better looking after me.
