Ms Radha Indusekhar

Miss Radha Indusekhar is a highly skilled Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist with over two decades of experience in the NHS. She has been a part of The University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust since 2006 and has been providing excellent care to women ever since.

After completing her medical degree in 1989, she went on to pursue an MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FRCOG). With extensive experience in the field of women's health, Miss Indusekhar is a renowned expert in her field.

She leads the Menopause and pre-menstrual syndrome department and is a BMS-accredited Menopause specialist. She runs a weekly clinic on Tuesdays at the North Staffordshire Nuffield and Brampton Medical, providing care for general gynaecology, including menstrual disorders and heavy menstrual bleeding, benign gynaecological surgery, such as hysterectomy (open and laparoscopic), laparoscopic removal of tubes and ovaries, hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, Mirena coil ablation, and diagnostic laparoscopy for pelvic pain.

In addition to her clinical practice, Miss Indusekhar has a keen interest in high-risk obstetrics, medical disorders in pregnancy, and pre-pregnancy counselling. She is passionate about teaching undergraduate Keele medical students and training postgraduate junior doctor trainees on the West Midlands rotational training program as well as UHNM-appointed doctors. In the past, she has served as Royal College Tutor in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
