Moses is a gifted clinician but also a genuinely lovely human. He put us at ease from the start and has always been happy to explain recommendations in the level of detail we wanted. He is calm and unflappable - I am not! - and optimistic but not unreasonably so. Thanks to Moses I am 12 weeks pregnant after an excellent PGS cycle - my first with the Evewell after others elsewhere - and his level of patience with my paranoia after getting a positive pregnancy test should be noted in particular. I was dreading going to see a fertility specialist and put it off for the longest time. Seeing a fertility specialist is so personal - you often feel emotionally as well as physically undressed! In the end, I needn't have worried! Dr Batwala managed to balance an extremely professional, informative and thorough approach with being personable, warm and approachable. Its not just that he was a fantastic doctor though. The clinic facilities and staff were all amazing too. Fertility is never a definite field, but having confidence in the team around you is something you cant put a price on. I wouldn't even think about going somewhere else. Highly recommend.
