I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kwan. He is very prompt with his responses to inquiries and is available via phone or email. I recently moved to the U.K. as a student so was very grateful for his taking the time to walk me through the issues I was experiencing, and how to navigate the healthcare system in this country. Within 24 hours of my making an appointment request, he made time (in his very busy schedule) to speak with me, and then followed up the next day as well. I would 100% recommend reaching out to him if you have chronic or suspected renal issues, as he is excellent in picking up on anxieties and explaining complex topics in a succinct and sensitive way.

Very pleasant and agreeable bedside manner, especially as Dr Kwan, delivered challenging news which would decide which information would be especially motivating for treatment - the consultation gave me a far greater insight into my medical situation and was delivered to me frankly but with empathy. I was seen by Dr Kwan within 2 minutes of arriving for my appointment. I would most definitely recommend Dr Kwan - extremely knowledgeable and professional but actively listened to my queries, explained clearly his diagnosis and did not make me feel that I was just a list of multiple medical problems. Left the consultation a lot lighter in spirit than when I arrived and felt motivated moving forward.

After months of no diagnosis of my actual problem, I found Dr Kwan on doctify. So I decided to go see him. Even though my problem didn't steer closely to his speciality in the beginning, he listened to me and described a full process of tests to do and we actually found a strong strain of bacteria affecting my health which was missed by other doctors. I was recently diagnosed with Microscopic Haematuria and was referred to Nephrologist Consultant. I elected Dr Kwan particularly because of his vast experience in renal medicine. The doctor was very friendly and approachable and tried to answer my every question that I had. He also recommended me for several tests and notified my individually of what the tests were consisted of. While I was waiting for the results of tests to come through, Dr Kwan tried to answer all of my queries that I had through emails. Once the results arrived from all of tests, the Dr explained everything to me and also notified me that everything was normal and there is nothing to worry about. He also politely created a written report for all of the tests that were conducted. As a overall feedback I would say my experience was fantastic and very efficient. I will also definitely recommend this doctor to anyone having any Nephrological issues.
