Mr Rakshi is by far the most competent medical professional I have seen. After struggling with multiple concerns for around 7 years I was eventually put in touch with Mr Rakshi, who has done more for me in 6 months than any other doctor in the last 7 Years of my symptoms. Mr Rakshi is extremely patient documenting the cause for your visit before he begins exploring your symptoms and a potential cause and solution , I finally felt listened to and taken seriously. All pathways are explored with great empathy along the way and his knowledge is second to none. The relief of knowing I am finally going to improve under Mr Rakshi and his care plan is indescribable and I would recommend him to anyone under this area of speciality.

Without putting too fine a point on it, or exaggerating, James's urgent and proactive response to my symptoms and MRI result basically saved my life. As soon as he was aware of the situation he contacted me and we had a zoom consultation followed by an immediate referral to a neurosurgeon for urgent surgery, all within 48 hours of first seeing him. He is great to deal with and incredibly responsive and showed great persona interest in my case. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

The face-to-face consultation with Dr Rakshi was thorough and professional. Especially his questioning of the several medical conditions from which I am suffering. Dr Rakshi was able to analyse the images of the CT Scan and to prioritise problems that had not been apparent during our earlier consultation. He then had the strength of character to search for additional professional guidance to confirm his initial unexpected diagnosis.

I have known Dr Rakshi, Consultant Neurologist, for a number of years having been referred by a colleague. Dr Rakshi diagnosed me immediately having carried out a number of extensive tests and treated me accordingly. He is particularly thorough, caring with a wonderful bedside manner. I had to go back and see him recently after an 8 year gap and he remembered me immediately and again treated me with the upmost care. I was not rushed in any of my consultations and felt very much at ease as he explained in detail his findings. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Rakshi.

Dr Rakshi took the time to go thought all my history and the conditions. After a number of test and specialist scans, no specific triggers could be identified for my conditions. This is where Dr Rakshi's knowledge and experience was excellent to explain how all the conditions are potentially working together and causing a combined reaction and each was triggering the other. Working through a number of treatments option which unfortunately did not work, he then suggested some other options which would not normally be thought of for my conditions, but given my triggers may provide relief and give options of a treatment plan by pin pointing the initial trigger condition. This kind of thinking has help achieve a period of pain relief for the first time in 3 years and although short term has now provided a way forward of possible treatment plan.

I was really pleased with my consultation with Dr Rakshi. I found him to be an excellent communicator and very knowledgable about his field. My tests were requested appropriately with timely feedback on the results. On the whole, a very pleasant experience.

Doctor Rakshi is the nicest doctor I’ve ever met. He makes you feel comfortable as soon as he meets you and you definitely feel like he genuinely cares and wants to help you. He is very warm and friendly. His advice to come off my current medication and put me on a new one for my migraines seems to be working a treat. He definitely knows his stuff.
