I have been to Doc James for migraine we are now facing MS. His honesty it is beyond words. His compassion and his support, his way of explaining science in words I can understand it is incredible. I was recently a new patient to Mr Rakshi (Aug 23). I found his consultation thorough, he asked a lot of questions, wrote things down and explained things carefully. I felt like a person/patient he cared about and not just a number in the system. His email/communication has also been very good which is reassuring.

I felt quite nervous when I first met Dr Rakshi but he quickly put me at ease because he is so easy to talk to and listens patiently to what I have to say. He answered all my questions sympathetically and thoroughly and he explained clearly how my treatment for Parkinson’s Disease would work. He provides detailed letters to me and to my doctor and has proved to be readily contactable by email. My medication has been highly effective and I am delighted with the results.

I've had a great experience with Dr Rakshi. He's really friendly and has the perfect balance of expertise with pragmatism. He's been able to give me accurate assessments and refer to me to relevant specialists to get scans, etc. I don't feel like he has any agenda to push other than my well being, and ensures he takes the time to fully understand my symptoms, etc. I'd highly recommend Dr Rakshi!
