All the staff were very friendly and reassuring prio to my cataract procedure and Mr Zakieh explained very clearly what the procedure involved so that any concerns I may have were allayed.Ot was good to have a check up so soon and know that they will see me again should I have any worries.
I was very impressed with the checking that took place name, date of birth, and which eye is being operated on.
All the team were very friendly, helpful and professional. They put me at ease and shared many a laugh with me which put me at ease. The team explained the procedure and we're not afraid to repeat it if needed.
