Fantastic experience from start to finish with Dr Fidler. Great bedside manner, took the time to explain and put my mind at rest where necessary during each stage of my time with her. As a side note, her assistant Sherine was an absolute blessing/star helping to arrange various appointments and procedures in the midst of the every changing and challenging covid environment. thank you both - what a dream team.

Based on my initial consultation I couldn't recommend Dr Fidler highly enough. She immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable even when being asked to describe uncomfortable topics. She was very professional, level headed and I left feeling I was in safe and caring hands.

Dr Fidler was compassionate, listened well, and recommended not only drugs but lifestyle recommendations my previous GI did not cover. She was very thorough. I highly recommend her to others.

My daughter saw Dr Fidler as a last resort after several unsatisfactory and remote GP appointments for acute constipation. This was a recurring problem and extremely painful for her. She was about to go to uni. Dr Fidler read the situation with great sensitivity. She listened, she engaged with, and she diagnosed my daughter's condition immediately, backed up by x-rays, and proceeded to give her a short-term course of action as well as longer term advice and support, as well as a referral to a specialist who could help her manage the condition long term. It was a wholly satisfactory experience, only made better by Dr Fidler's helpful and empathetic assistant, Sherrine.
