Dr Rahman didn't rush through the consults and asked numerous times whether I had any questions. He explained things thoroughly and in a language I understood. When I was concerned with something post procedure, I emailed Nikki and received a response back from Dr Rahman within the hour. The little things like this make one feel that they are cared for.
