Dr Laftah was very thorough and explained everything she made me completely at ease as I was nervous. I had Botox filler and profhilo treatments. I’m thrilled with the results and can’t wait for second treatment.

My experience with Dr Zainab Laftah was nothing short of amazing! From the initial consultation she was very informative as to what would happen in procedure. Come procedure day, once again Dr Zainab Laftah explained in detail what she was going to do, the outcome and my daily aftercare for recovery. Dr Zainab Laftah bedside manner was great, not that I was nervous but had I been she kept me calm by talking about general things to distract from the anatectic injection and throughout the procedure itself which was over in a matter of minutes.

Most importantly, Dr Laftah’s treatment is producing great results. My rosacea has improved considerably since starting treatment 7 months ago - my skin feel less dry and tight, and the redness has lessened. Throughout, she has explained the reasons for the problem, key triggers, and what each medicine aims to treat. I feel like I understand the treatment and it’s rationale.

Dr Zainab has been so wonderful throughout my treatment. My skin has improved dramatically, as has my confidence and I could not have asked for a better doctor.
