Really impressed with the service Dr Zainab provided. I was initially sceptical that a proper diagnosis was possible via a video consultation, but I needn't have worried. Dr Zainab asked all the right questions about the history of my condition to quickly rule out a number of conditions that I was previously diagnosed with by GPs. She then gave me a diagnosis and clear instructions (with prescriptions) on how to resolve the issue. I've struggled with my condition for many years and have previously been told there's nothing I could do about it. Really pleased with the outcome of my consultation with Dr Zainab

I first met Dr Laftah when i took my elderly cousin for an appointment. I was struck by her kindness, they way she made us feel so totally at ease and explained everything to elderly cousin in detail. We felt that we could ask her any questions relating to my cousins diagnosis. She was thorough with her examination. I then met Dr LAftah earlier this year, regarding a problem I had, As we were in Lockdown, we had an initial virtual appointment with photos i had sent her. Dr LAftah deemed it necessary for me to have a Biopsy. This was arranged immediately and I was seen within two days. I am very impressed with Dr Laftah and would recommend her services to everybody.

Dr Laftah was extremely knowledgeable and gave advice over and above treating my immediate skin condition. I felt at ease in every consultation and came out of each one understanding everything I'd been told and never felt rushed.

I have had the best course of treatment under Dr Laftah, with thorough support and guidance throughout the process. She has been easily accessible via email whenever I’ve had a question about my treatment, and had taken onboard my concerns, tailoring the course to fit me. She has been extremely personable throughout and set my mind at ease about starting the intensive process on isotretinoin. She has always been professional and gone out of her way to cater for any apprehensions I had about the treatment, and I feel like I could not be in better hands.

I had an online consultation, as well as 2 visits in person with Dr Zainab Laftah. On all occasions she attentively listened to my concerns, seemed to genuinely care about my health, and she was very easy to talk to. I had been quite worried about my skin condition but when I saw Dr Laftah, my mind was put at ease immediately. Our first meeting was via Zoom and I wasn't sure what to expect, but came away feeling confident that everything would be fine. We had a follow up meeting face-to-face a week later and immediately remedied the situation.
