Dr Laftah is very professional and a brilliant physician who is highly knowledgable. I am impressed by her demeanor and intuitiveness. I was extremely anxious and tearful about my eczema, but moments into the consultation Dr Laftah put me at ease, answered all my concerns and promptly replied to my emails. Wish I'd met her sooner!

After being incredibly upset with my skin condition, meeting Dr Zainab she totally empathised which meant everything.
