Dr Crespi is extremely professional, approachable and attentive. From speaking to him on the telephone, meeting face to face for our daughter's appointment and via a video link meeting, I could not fault his interest in our daughter's case. Dr Crespi took the time to find out about her condition (Gastric Reflux), health, what tests had previously been done and their results. Dr Crespi was able to not only put our minds at rest but our daughter's mind. He set a clear plan of when to review our daughter and also followed up by sending a very detailed letter to us and our daughter's NHS Paediatrician, outlining our consultation, his findings and plan to review. At our face to face meeting, Dr Crespi did not rush our appointment, he took detailed notes and examined my daughter. He also asked questions about family health too, to see if there were any links. Thankfully my daughter's condition is now improved but we would certainly not hesitate to contact Dr Crespi for a consultation, should this change. I highly recommend Dr Crespi as a very professional, calm, knowledgeable and attentive Consultant, who listens fully, with lots of care and attention.

Mr Crespi was able to support my 9 year old son and get to the bottom of his "chest/tummy pains" quickly. He was very approachable, requested tests, prescribed the correct medication and explained everything in a lot of detail that was also very easy to understand. He made my son feel very comfortable during the consultations and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him as paediatrician!
