Dr. Jacobs came highly recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. He was thorough in his background checks prior to our consultation as well as in his investigation & examination during. He immediately put both myself and my nine year old daughter at ease with his caring manner and was prepared to actually listen; where we were previously unheard.

Dr Jacobs looks after my daughter who has Osteogenesis Imperfecta type 1 (mild). I have always found Dr Jacobs to be an excellent source of information, comfort and patience in explaining her condition/treatment and a real help in getting things moving. Dr Jacobs always goes the extra mile, making himself available when we are going through difficult times. Whilst in the Isle of Wight she had a significant injury and Dr Jacobs was on hand for advice. Whenever she has had a break Dr Jacobs has explained the options calmly and clearly. We really appreciate the care and compassion we received from Dr Jacobs when the annual scan revealed a compression fracture leading to the need for acid infusions. Our experience in both booking the treatment and having the treatment were extremely smooth and this can be credited to Dr Jacobs great organisation and availability in helping to rush through the treatment. This is something we greatly appreciate due to my daughter starting school in the near future. My daughter has really warmed to Dr Jacobs and thinks he is very funny, all of the above has led to her having a very good first experience of infusions which will greatly help in treatments of the future. We feel very lucky to be receiving care at RNOH and even more so to be under the care of Dr Jacobs. Thank you for everything you do.

I took my 7 year old to see Dr Benjamin Jacobs and he was brilliant. He put my daughter at ease straight away and was very caring and understanding. He took everything I said seriously and I felt confident thar Dr Jacobs will be able to help. He has also followed up with me directly regarding her results.

I was very happy with Dr Benjamin Jacobs. He was very profession, thorough in every detail, genuinely cared for our daughter health and for our (parents) feelings. After spending the day at A&E and seeing multiple Doctors and Nurses, Dr Jacobs was the first Doctor to fully understand and explain things to us. After our experience in A&E our daughter, who is only 2.5 yrs old, really did not like Doctors and Nurses but when we saw Dr Jacobs, he calmed her down and she let him examine her without getting distraught, which I think says it all. I would not hesitate to return or recommend him. Very happy indeed.
