He was very kind and professional. He responded to me very fast, informed me about everything beforehand, helped me as much as he could.

We would highly recommend Dr Jacobs. He is extremely professional, thorough, patient, understanding and he genuinely cares. Our daughter felt instantly at ease with Dr Jacobs as he has a great rapport with children. Dr Jacobs was very supportive of our concerns as parents, provided great reassurance and went over and above in his communication with us.

First impressions are always important, booking with the Dr’s secretary was very easy and managed to book us in that evening! She was very polite and helpful. Seeing Dr Jacobs was great also.
