My first Consultation with Mr Dong Young Park made me feel very confident, he was very reassuring with his kind manner. having had both cataracts removed with no problems at all, and all the hospital staff were so kind, i cannot thank him and all his expert team enough.

Had operation on my left eye by Mr Park on 30th December 2020 I went from seeing nothing to now better than my right eye. Mr Park is a truly gifted surgeon who shows great care and compassion and he is held in great esteem by both staff I recommend his care to you.

It is extremely frightening when you loose your vision so it was with great trepidation that I saw Mr Park, however he is very kind and immediately put my mind at rest advising how it would be possible to resolve the issue . Mr Park clearly explained what was required both from his side and mine so that I was fully aware of the steps to be taken both during and after the operation . During the follow up consultations Mr Park was pleased with the results , was professional and friendly and took the time to not only explain the progress but answered all of my questions and concerns in detail

My experience with Mr Park gave me confidence that the procedure performed on my left eye would be successful. He explained everything that would take place in a very concise manner and put me at ease throughout. He post operative care was exceptional and always in an efficient and extremely friendly manner. Mr Park was brilliant through the whole process, from the first appointment to carrying out the eye procedures and the later aftercare. There was no pain during or after. I had an emergency vitrectomy performed by Mr Dong Young Park in December 2020. I had my follow up check today and Mr Park confirmed it had been a complete success. I was of course thrilled. Mr Park filled me with utter confidence from the get go. He explained the procedure clearly and took time to go through any questions or concerns that I had. I’m so pleased Mr Park was my surgeon.

Without this super man and his super skills, I would of ended up blind in my right eye. My retina had been detached for two weeks, without me realising. Mr park, advised me that surgery was needed straight away. I was treated with professionalism and explained that all efforts would be made to repair my eye to the best of his ability. He told me that he was not god but he will try his best to be as good as near. In my eyes Mr Park is my god, as after 2 operations and1 cataract operation, ( that Mr Park performed himself) my eyesight is now 90% repaired and my life is now back to normal. I cannot praise him enough. I tell all my friends and family what a wonderful surgeon he is. This experience was very frightening and Mr Park , his secretary and all the brilliant staff that support him, made me feel that I was in good hands. All I can say is 10/10 and THANK YOU. .

I found Mr Park very approachable and very open to questions. He talked me through the procedure both before and during the surgery. He was unfailingly kind and encouraging and has extremely good interpersonal skills. I had absolutely no pain during the surgery or afterwards, and returned to have my second eye corrected with much confidence two weeks after the first. I found Mr Park an exemplary surgeon, very skilled, but he remains very human and empathetic to his nervous patient!
