I genuinely cannot rate him highly enough. Just the most incredible experience, of something which I had been so fearful of. From the very first consultation when I turned up very nervous and upset after a bad fall of a horse with a broken, very painful collarbone . I explained how afraid I was of having to take time off work (my bosses do not understand the concept of sick leave!) and the thought of not being able to ride again / maybe even having to sell my horses. He reassured me I didn’t need to worry about either. And he was right! Within 2 days of the consultation I was admitted in for the operation . I had literally 4 hours off for the actually operation and was back working from my phone that night . And within 5 weeks I was back riding . His bedside manner, positivity, humour, patience and encouragement are matched only by his surgery skills and the incredible plastic surgery standards scar I spend half my time showing anyone I speak to. His aftercare following the operation has also been first class, including a great introduction to a top physio, with both of them working together to get me full movement in my shoulder in minimal time . Couldn’t be happier or more grateful .

If I could give even more stars, I would! Mr. Prinja is the most thorough doctor I've ever come to know. When meeting with him, he was adamant about obtaining all necessary facts and ensured absolutely every detail was discussed and clear before proceeding. After having wrist surgery on a Friday, Mr. Prinja called me directly both Saturday and Sunday to check in, and his office called the following Monday to offer a follow up appointment, had I been inclined. Mr. Prinja's combination of skill and kindness is a rare gift, and I feel confident that with his abilities, I will make a full recovery.

Excellent experience. Doctor Prinja made a great deal of difference compared to what you could normally experience. He made sure I could quickly recover while protecting my fracture from risk of surgery with very precise guidance and intermediate check-points. He was great at explaining the issues and on the other end at understanding and accommodating my concerns and needs. He was very pragmatic and significantly facilitated intermediate check points while I was travelling arranging remote XRay and Zoom calls reviews to track my progress.
