I was unhappy with the hospital's approach to taking COVID precautions; they were noticeably less thorough than other hospitals I had attended. These primarily related to physical proximity in the waiting area, the numbers of patients and staff occupying the lift car and an incorrect/misleading disclaimer notice that I was required to sign. I raised these with the hospital's CEO but did not receive any response. The staff in general were very friendly. Food delivery was hours late and not as specified for my dietary requirements.
