Mr Townley and the staff at the Weymouth Hospital were so kind, considerate and extremely warm and welcoming.

Generally good - kind, efficient and welcoming staff. Operation and sedation went well. Food afterwards good. Only issue was cleanliness of the shared toilet. I was disappointed to find that as a day patient I did not have ensuite room - this should be mentioned on the website so we are warned in advance. I have never before been in a private hospital, even as a day patient, without this facility. The toilet was dirty when I went to use it - a wet seat, tampon wrapper in the bowl and menstrual (I think) blood on the seat. Not pleasant and I had to clean it before using it. I could have called for help but my operation was due soon and I wished to get back to my room as soon as possible.

In every way my experience at the Weymouth Street Hospital was faultless.
