I received top care from the moment I walked in. The staff are amazing. Although everyone was amazing I would like to give special thanks to the two nurses ( sorry I forgot your names) who looked after me over the night. They were very reassuring and patient with me. And how can I forget my surgeon Mr Patrick Mallucci and Craig the anaesthetist , you are both an excellent team and thank you so much for putting me at ease. It’s only a week since my surgery and l couldn’t be happier.

Felt more like a 5-star hotel. The nurses are amazing, food delicious and environment was delightful.

I’ve member of staff in particular very unhelpful when I came after my surgery she refused to help from the bed to the bathroom. She clearly had attitude. Her name is Amila. That did create a had atmosphere and caused anxiety and anger.

Very satisfied with every aspect of my visit, from arrival to my operation and discharge. Professor P Lee was my surgeon and I am very pleased with the results. He and his team were excellent.
