Overall positive. Wait times can sometimes be long but for understandable reasons.

Super friendly staff, love the diversity in the place - the nationalities and different background experiences. Great synergy and commnuication across the different departments as well (accounting, reception, nurses, and scan team).

Often the nurse appointments they are only reading your notes as you speak to them so and so suggest the wrong thing, re drugs you no longer take or if it’s your 1st try. This can be disconcerting. Additionally it’s very difficult to have someone answer the phone and the fact that you can’t call during a lunch break as everyone stops answering the phone is bonkers.

Everyone friendly and helpful. Receptionists very welcoming. A bit frustrating seeing a different nurse each time.

Very good experience

My experience has always been so professional and full of all the information you could ask for with each appointment. I always leave feeling listened to as well as part of my process and not being told.

All the staff are so kind and friendly. To mention a few, Arabella, liz (sonographer), and Erika. I have always been treated like my journey is unique and the most important. The staff are so lovely and I feel they are very genuine in wanting the absolute best for me.

Very person I came into contact with at the Lister Fertility clinic was wonderful. The care, expertise and even humour (as let’s be honest, this is an emotional time, and sharing a laugh with someone always helps) was superb. I felt really looked after and knew I was in the best hands for fertility treatment. Thank you for making my fertility journey the best it could be.

The Lister Clinic is a professional service with extremely capable employees who work with empathy and compassion. The team feel genuinely dedicated to helping you achieve success, and the IVF protocols we underwent were clearly explained, with paperwork and documents to support the regime, easily contactable nurses and embryologists for advice and guidance and the whole place feels very organised.
