Overall, we had a good experience with the Lister. We did several cycles with them and found that they were willing to change things up each time to try to find an approach that would work. I found that they were willing to try new things and were not too conservative, but evidence based and did not recommend highly experimental options like some other clinics do. The sonographers, phlebotomists, and most of the nurses are kind and helpful. Overall, I would recommend.

The staff at the Lister Fertility Clinic are all friendly, compassionate and empathetic, which is so important when you are going through infertility treatment.

I had an amazing experience, everything was explained properly and we understood exactly what was happening and why. Information was broken down to us in a way we understood and all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Appointments were made around our schedule and I didn't have any issues with wait times either

I came to the hospital with a friend and decided to book treatment there myself due to the fantastic first impression I had of the lister Fertility Clinic and they did not fail to impress. I'd particularly like to mention how friendly the staff were which was very much appreciated during my treatment.
