Tom's approach was something new to me, and it has helped me understand and have a better grasp on how to handle certain situations. It was very helpful and provided a lot of insights.

Supremely grateful to have had the privilege of working with Thomas. His focus on results, all while giving me the space to learn and fail as I went on this journey, was transformational. I feel like I have been reeducated and I now have the tools to do what is right by my body and mind.

Tom has helped our daughter along the recovery journey from anorexia, and is helping her navigate life since her ADHD diagnosis. Highly recommend.
