Extremely friendly and informative when I made the initial enquiry. Appointments have been on time and consultants not rushed, giving time to explain procedures and answering any questions. My procedure in the diagnostic area was well managed and nurses extremely comforting.

When I arrived the staff were so welcoming and friendly, I was quite nervous but they made me feel much more at ease and everybody was very reassuring. My operation happened very quickly wish was great as it meant less time to worry and I could go home more quickly. The staff were very attentive to me and gave me everything I needed.

Wasn't expecting a long wait for surgery on my own. Wasn't offer a drink. It brought as I asked for.
