From info provided I was expecting the operation to be completed within 2 hours. My appointment was at 10.30. The actual operation did not start till around 3.30pm. So it was a long wait for which I was not prepared.

From my pre op to surgery I felt in safe hands. The nursing staff were very professional and caring. The hospital was spotless and felt reassured by the purple stickers telling me that everything had been cleaned. This hospital will be my first choice for my family and I in the future.

Had to wait over 3 hours but the staff were very friendly and helpful, not a very comfy bed.

Brilliant customer service, Dr Chummun was so nice in the consultation and carrying out the procedure. Nurse Racheal was then just as lovely taking out the stitches. All staff happy to give any advice wanted.

From initial pre assessment to post surgery I receive the upmost care and compassion for all my needs and nothing was too much trouble.
