Reception staff welcoming. Good information and clear. Outpatients area ok. Clean and tidy. Consultant very pleasant and again explained what would happen next steps etx. Cafe lounge. Appalling. Tables filled with dirty dishes. We had to clear tables at empty seats. Staff more interested in standing behind the counter (when not serving) and not keeping areas clear of dishes. In fact we notified that both members of staffing were more interested in chatting to each other than serving. Speak from experience in hospitality.

Dr Al-Hussaini has done a fantastic job with mynose operation. I can now breathe properly and the results are better than what I expected.
