Very satisfied with every stage of process

Everywhere seemed very clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. I felt that my concerns were listened to and my whole appointment, including going back to the waiting area while eye drops took effect, was no more than forty minutes.

I was very nervous but was made to feel relaxed. It would have been nice to chat to other two ladies but we had partitions in-between us.

Put you at ease very welcoming can’t fault the service mr. Shankar was brilliant thank you
