The hospital was first class

From the patient's perspective, I feel that this is a very successful hospital. The staff are welcoming, kind and clearly commited to doing their very best for patients.

Two phone calls a few days before the first operation demanding clarity on payment intentions were not expected and unwelcome.

Facilities and staff excellent. Administratively I found the paperwork/payment process disjointed and a bit confusing but overall I was happy with the end result.
