Very busy. Queue at reception which took some time. Staff helpful and friendly. Consultant very good.

Facilities and staff excellent. Administratively I found the paperwork/payment process disjointed and a bit confusing but overall I was happy with the end result.

Two phone calls a few days before the first operation demanding clarity on payment intentions were not expected and unwelcome.
