Very good in all. aspects

Again, fabulous, friendly, respectful. Welcoming atmosphere. All round, from reception, xray ward staff, theatre staff, down to housekeeping.

Receptionists can sometimes make you wait without acknowledgement. The 'sreenshow' in waiting area indicates staff should make you aware and explain delays on appointment times but no one ever did, in fact, once I asked about the delay and they were surprised that they had any role to play in communication - even through the screen publicly stated such. Although I didn't want a drink there no indication from anyone that people could help themselves to one.
